The Classic Kenya Safari is a selection of the best experience on a Kenya Safari.  Focusing on the prime locations to see the Big 5, the tour takes you through the different ecological zones of Kenya.

Day 1 : Welcome to Kenya

Accommodation: The Boma

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed to Kenya by a member of the E-Trip Africa team and then you will be chauffeured to your Nairobi Hotel.  Nairobi was established by the British in 1899 as a railway depot.  Today it is one of Africa’s most modern cities and home to a population of over 3.5 million people.  The Safari Capital of the world welcomes you.

Day 2 : The Kenyan Highlands

After breakfast we begin our safari.  We head north towards Mt. Kenya, crossing the beautiful Kenyan Highlands.  These rolling hills are the source of the majority of Kenya’s fruit.  We will eventually reach the foot of Mt. Kenya (17,057 ft) and if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of its peaks.  We arrive in time for lunch along the river banks of the cool glacier fed Naro Moru River.  During the afternoon you will have the opportunity to take a nature walk along the river, viewing the magnificent bird life, or enjoy a relaxing afternoon beside the pool.

Day 3 : Ol Pejeta

After an early breakfast guests are invited for our first game drive in the nearby Ol Pejeta Conservancy.   This large conservancy is one of the best known private conservancies in Kenya.  Along with excellent game viewing the abundance of both White and Black Rhinos are unique to Ol Pejeta.  After a bush lunch you will have the option to continue with your game drive or to visit the chimpanzee sanctuary located within the conservancy.

We are allowed to stay inside the crater for up to 6 hours. After that, we will head to Karatu where will spend the night. Don’t miss the chance to go for a safari walk from Karatu, and enjoy the nature from closer, on foot.
